Career Counseling and Job Search Help
NY State Opens New Job Search Website
The New York State Department of Labor has launched a new website called the New York State Job Bank, which is home to over 84,217 job openings. Job hunters can post their resumes and scan job openings by category, location or both. In addition, by registering with site, alerts can be sent with the latest job postings.
The website also provides resources and information for employers and potential employees, including workforce data, career planning information, and unemployement assistance information.
There is no fee for these services.
