A positive outlook gives you energy to feel good, enhance your health and fulfill yourself. What makes you positive? What makes you negative? Why is it so hard to stop worrying? How do you create positive thoughts? How do you change negative thoughts? We will discuss these topics in an open interactive group format. You will be able to share your positive and negative thoughts and worries, and explore ways to undo negative thinking and worrying.
Dr. Paluba is a psychologist and expert in stress management. He has practiced in the Manhasset-Roslyn area for 25 years.
